Receptionist
Job Summary
Greentree Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in Waterford, Connecticut, is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our friendly team. As a Receptionist at Greentree Manor, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare professionals, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct patients, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and respond to phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages
Maintain accurate and confidential records and files
Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling, and reporting
Provide assistance with calendar management, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
0 years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
