This Quality Assurance/Control Manager Position Features:

• Pay Range from $85,000 and above a year depending on experience plus potential bonuses
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Control Manager to lead our client's quality operations and ensure that all products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. This role is critical in maintaining their reputation for excellence and supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing and distribution processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
* Oversee inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
* Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for quality issues.
* Manage quality control team, providing training and performance feedback.
* Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality concerns.
* Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspections, test results, and compliance reports.
* Monitor and report on key quality metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 5+ years of experience in quality control/assurance/compliance within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI, ASME) and inspection techniques.
* Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action Plans.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with kitchen/bathroom, plumbing, specialty fixtures, hardware, water handling appliances or industrial products.
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
* Knowledge of ERP systems and quality management software.
