**Responsibilities:**

**Accelerated Learning:** Immerse yourself in an intensive training program covering roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.

**Deal Closer:** Work hand-in-hand with senior sales representatives to generate leads, conduct impactful sales presentations, and swiftly close deals with residential and commercial customers.

**Customer Powerhouse:** Collaborate closely with homeowners, property managers, and contractors, offering expert assessments of roofing needs and delivering tailored solutions.

**Relationship Dynamo:** Build and nurture customer relationships by providing exceptional service, swiftly addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Networking Maverick:** Attend industry events, trade shows, and canvass storm damaged neighborhoods for new opportunities to rapidly close high commissioned deals.

**Market Mastery:** Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and cutting-edge roofing products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Assertive interpersonal and communication skills to rapidly build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Unstoppable work ethic and self-motivation to not just meet but exceed sales targets.
• Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Prior sales experience or customer service skills are a plus but not mandatory.

**Benefits:**

• First Year Typical Earnings Range: per year.$60k - $120k
