Role The purpose of the role is to manage delivery of a project driving operations and delivery governance, ensuring right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and cost of delivery
͏ Mandatory Experience: - Exposure to the sports and entertainment industry.
- Experience in Integration of OEG and Darktonics scoreboards.
- Should have familiarity with digital signage and DOOH platforms
- Hands-on experience working with AFL/NFL game feeds.
- Strong knowledge on video head end devices, IPTV channel mappings etc.
͏ Operational Responsibilities - Work with NFL teams and provide support during games and event days.
- Deploy solutions in customer environments by coordinating across multiple SI and vendor teams.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers for all issues, requests, and interactions.
- Coordinate with delivery teams across multiple locations for effective product delivery.
͏ Governance & Risk - Identify, manage, and mitigate risks throughout the delivery cycle.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and manage invoices and billing.
- Oversee deployment schedules and delivery of Wipro services - prepare and update detailed project plan for each customer deployment using standard process and practices.
- Manage procurement activities, including POs and hardware deliveries.
͏ Reporting & Tools - Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports on project performance and share with customers and Wipro management.
- Proficiency in Wipro tools such as WiproOne, Digi-Q, QDPS, and VelociQ.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
