About Our Client - Top Design/Build firm in Kansas City
- Strictly focus on commercial/industrial construction between 50,000 - 200,000 SF
- Annually have been doing around $110M, are currently winning so much work and are in such a great position
- Run a horizontal business model, very collaborative and positive team environment. They have a very flexible work environment, if you need a WFH day every once in a while you can take it (PMs typically WFH 2-4 days a month), also if you need to leave early to pick up kids or something of that sort they are always fine with things like that.
Job Description - Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project goals.
- Communicate progress and address concerns with stakeholders and clients.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Design/Build Construction should have:
- Proven experience managing construction projects in the design/build model.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
