Applied Hearing Solutions is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to take on a key leadership role overseeing all aspects of the practice's operations. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage day-to-day operations, optimize workflows, and ensure that both the staff and clinic perform at their highest levels.

The Practice Manager will work closely with the director to contribute to long-term growth and success, aligning with the practice's mission of delivering top-tier hearing care. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, high-level leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth in a fast-paced medical practice.

The ideal candidate will possess the strategic vision and hands-on management skills necessary to not only maintain but also elevate the practice's performance to new heights.

• Leadership & Strategy: Oversee all aspects of the practice's daily operations while driving strategic initiatives to support the clinic's continued growth and success.
  
• Operational Management: Ensure efficient workflows, maintain a seamless patient experience, and implement process improvements that support the clinic's high standards of care.
  
• Financial Management: Track and analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and provide recommendations for resource allocation to ensure the clinic remains financially healthy and on track for growth.
  
• Team Development: Lead and support the staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Ensure the team remains focused on delivering exceptional patient care that is aligned with the clinic's mission and goals.
  
• Growth and Expansion: Work alongside the director to identify opportunities for practice expansion and scale operations without compromising quality or service.
  
• Patient-Centric Approach: Ensure that all processes and staff interactions are aligned with providing personalized, high-quality care, maintaining the practice's commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and service excellence.
  

• Proven experience in a management role, ideally in a healthcare or medical office.
  
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
