Are you interested in moving to sunny Florida? ICX Group is recruiting for a Portfolio Manager for a Florida based hedge fund. Our Client is growing at a fast pace organically and through additional outside capital. This is a key position for the Executive team with the opportunity to join in the early growth stages with an equity incentive.

Job Duties:
- Oversee direct trading activities, manage traders, conduct hands-on trading, research, and monitor performance.
- Collaborate in managing the existing team, enhance software, conduct research, and execute trades.
- Ensure trading coverage round-the-clock, refine current investment strategies, and develop new ones.
- Assist in hiring and managing investment team and establishing remote offices as needed.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, continuously improve results, and oversee risk management policies.
- Assist in managing outsourced operations, compliance, and IT.
- Opportunity for advancement into a managing director or CEO role
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, mathematics or equivalent degree
- 8+ years experience required
- Investment firm operations experience
- Significant systems, software design experience preferred.
- Significant experience in Futures trading
