Position Summary Information


Responsibilities


The plumbing supervisor is responsible for maintaining domestic hot/cold water systems, sewer/storm drains and natural gas lines; ensuring compliance with applicable laws regarding potable water and natural gas systems; assigning and completing work orders; supervising subordinate workers and maintaining records.

Qualifications


Requirements for the position include having a high school diploma or GED, holding or being able to obtain master meter certification and Class 3 CDL.

Salary
Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and university's resources.


Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications


4 years of related plumbing experience.
2 years of supervisory experience.
