Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Foreman
Job Description

As a Commercial Plumbing Foreman, you will oversee the use of various plumbing materials to ensure the successful completion of projects. This role involves managing materials like copper, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, galvanized steel, and stainless steel, ensuring their proper application in both water supply and drainage systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage plumbing projects, ensuring the correct use of materials such as copper, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, galvanized steel, and stainless steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide the construction process effectively.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in plumbing operations.
• Provide guidance and support to plumbing teams on-site.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a plumbing foreman for at least 5 years.
• Strong expertise in plumbing systems and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction environments.
• Familiarity with large-scale project management.

Work Environment

You will work in a commercial construction setting, participating in major projects such as the Cabarrus County Behavioral Health Services Project, Lancaster Detention Center, and New Weathers Creek High School. The environment offers a dynamic and challenging atmosphere with opportunities for growth.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of PINEVILLE, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $66000.00/yr.
