Job Title: Picker and Packer


Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and securely packaging them for shipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products from shelves or bins according to order sheets or scanners.
• Check items for damage, expiration, or inconsistencies before packing.
• Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials.
• Label and tag packages accurately for shipping.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
• Meet performance targets for speed, accuracy, and quality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or order management systems is a plus.
