ExecuSource is seeking an experienced Pediatric Phone Triage Nurse (LPN or RN) to join a reputable pediatric office. This role is primarily phone triage, requiring strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to deliver compassionate, efficient support to patients and their families.

While the majority of your work will be phone-based triage, you will also be expected to assist in the clinic as needed. This position is a great fit for a nurse who enjoys patient interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is skilled at providing clear guidance over the phone.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, compassionate phone presence.
  • Document all patient interactions and care instructions in the EMR system.

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused.
Ideal Candidate Traits

  • Compassionate and empathetic communicator, able to reassure families under stress.
  • Confident clinical judgment and ability to provide safe, accurate triage.
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Team-oriented but able to work independently when handling calls.
Why You'll Love It Here

  • Get paid weekly!
  • Benefits: Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days.
  • Permanent employment potential: Many of our contract-to-hire opportunities lead to long-term roles.
  • Supportive environment: From onboarding to payroll, our consultant care team is here for you every step of the way.
