Duties and Responsibilities :
- Deliver prescriptions and products to pharmacy customers daily on a predetermined route, on schedule, and accurately.
- Ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for customers, demonstrate ethical conduct, and always maintain patient confidentiality.
- Provide quality pharmaceutical care for all patients per the policy and procedures of ReGenesis Pharmacy.
- Load products/materials for delivery into the delivery vehicle in a safe and orderly fashion.
- Log deliveries and return accompanying documents as appropriate.
- Use mobile phones and applications to navigate your route using basic internet applications and GPS functions per designated route sequence.
- Use all available resources of software and hardware to efficiently and accurately process prescriptions using state-of-the-art technology.
- You will use your skills to convey information directly to patients under the pharmacist's supervision.
- Operate assigned vehicles safely and courteously.
- Maintain defensive driving training.
- Provide a communication link between the Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacy staff, and customers.

Requirements - Customer service-oriented mindset.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to lead by example.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule upon organizational needs or expansion of services.
Certification/License: - Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR is preferred.
- A valid SC Driver's License.
Education and Experience: - Experience working in a pharmacy environment is preferred.
- Experience with patient interactions and customer service.
