We offer personalized training to help clients achieve their goals in weight loss, strengthening, athletic training, and health related Complementary Care.

Role Description

This is a full or-time on-site Personal Trainer role located in South Burlington, VT at Fitness Options Personal Training Studio, LLC. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized workout plans for individual clients, ensuring that their fitness goals are met while also providing guidance on nutrition and healthy habits. The Personal Trainer will work with clients of all fitness levels and provide motivation and support to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• Certification from a nationally recognized personal training organization (e.g. NASM, NSCA, ACE, ACSM)
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, fitness programming, and nutrition
• Experience working with clients of all fitness levels and ages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and motivate clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in injury prevention, rehabilitation, or corrective exercise is preferred
