We are seeking a professional, eager, and sharp Personal Assistant to support a Founder in Miami, FL. This role is onsite with occasional travel as needed. The ideal candidate will manage day to day tasks, property management responsibilities, and provide personal support to ensure smooth household operations.

Bilingual in English & Spanish is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage household operations, including property maintenance and vendor coordination.
  • Schedule appointments and correspond with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Run errands and handle organizational duties.
  • Problem solve and offer solutions quickly and effectively.
  • Always maintain discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and assist with travel arrangements on occasion/as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally supporting a Founder/CEO.
  • Property management and/or household operations experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • MUST have a flexible lifestyle, while this is a “9-5” role, must be ok with arrival earlier or staying later as requested.
  • Bilingual in Spanish & English is required.

Location: Miami, FL

Compensation: $85-100K DOE
