Job Opening: Perioperative Services Nurse Director Dallas Texas
A leading healthcare organization in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan area is looking for a dynamic leader to join their team as the new Perioperative Services Nurse Director!

The facility offers a comprehensive range of medical services, including emergency care, surgery, imaging, and specialized services in various medical disciplines.
The Perioperative Services Nurse Director oversees a substantial portion of the hospital workforce, managing 80+ Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs). The role includes supervision of 10+ operating rooms, a Cath Lab, 10 preoperative bays, and 4 post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) bays. Leading a team of five direct reports, including Nurse Managers for various areas, an educator, and a billing/chart review specialist, the Director ensures the efficient operation of perioperative services and maintains high standards of patient care.
The Perioperative Services Nurse Director will ideally hold their Master’s Degree in Nursing and have leadership experience within perioperative care. The RN Director Perioperative Services will enjoy a Monday-Friday day shift schedule!
