Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Providence Health and Services summary:

The Pediatric Occupational Therapist provides therapeutic treatment to children with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to help them develop skills for daily living and working. This role requires appropriate licensure and certification and involves working under the direction of a rehabilitation services manager in a clinical healthcare setting. Description

Under general direction from the Rehabilitation Services Manager, the Pediatric OT (Occupational Therapist) Clinician is responsible for planning and administering treatments for patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities through the therapeutic use of everyday activities. OT Clinicians help these patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
  • Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Occupational Therapy experience
