Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic law firm in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. This role is perfect for individuals who have the flexibility to work varied hours , ideally someone who can work independently and is comfortable with the responsibilities of administrative tasks. The position is temporary with the potential to be long-term based on workload and performance.
ResponsibilitiesThe work schedule is flexible, with possibilities such as 4 hours per day, 5 days a week, or 3 hours daily, to be discussed with the right candidate. The position is strictly in-office, not hybrid or remote.
BenefitsPay Rate: $18-$20 per hour, with the possibility of going up for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Wilkesboro office and possess the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a casual to business professional dress code.
