Part-Time Graphic Designer / Multimedia Creator Location: Onsite at KEITH Manufacturing, Madras, OR. Schedule: 20 hours per week (flexible on days/hours) Join a creative team that tells the story of innovation in industrial manufacturing. KEITH Manufacturing is looking for a part-time Graphic Designer and/or Multimedia Creator to support our in-house Media Department. We are a fully functional creative team that develops print and digital ads, brochures, social media content, video, photography, and more. This role is ideal for a designer who is both conceptually creative and detail-oriented. You’ll be handling requests such as digital ad creation, updates to existing marketing materials, and contributing to a variety of media projects. Responsibilities Design and produce marketing assets including digital ads, brochures, print ads, and internal materials. Work within existing brand style guides and templates. Collaborate with team members to develop and refine creative concepts. Manage multiple active projects with shifting priorities. Contribute creative ideas and fresh perspectives to campaigns and content. Meets agreed upon Company and department goals in a timely manner. Other duties may be assigned. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age. May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision. Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on designs. Experience with multimedia tools (video, motion graphics, Canva, etc.) is a plus. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualities Takes initiative and brings new ideas to the table. Understands how to balance technical, traditional design with innovative or playful creative. Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial brand space. Equipment PC Computer Copier, printer, scanner, and other office equipment. Physical Requirements Able to sit or stand for 8 hours at a time. Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
