Position summary: As a Packager I, you will assemble and package products in a fast-paced production line environment, using automated and manual equipment, while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Duties:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: 6 months - 1 year of previous experience working in an assembly, packaging, chemical environment, manufacturing, or relevant fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience: Material handling experience preferred (i.e. Forklift/pallet lift experience). Skills: Ability to read and understand instructions, diagrams, and quality check sheets. Ability to interpret and follow written procedures to ensure that the product and packaging meet required specifications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Detail-oriented with the ability to identify items against specifications. Must be able to run electric/manual pallet lift and restock materials.
Pay rate for this opportunity is $20.24. This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
