Ben Leeds Properties is currently hiring multiple On-Site Apartment Building Managers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy building strong communities, and are passionate about delivering excellent service to residents.

What You'll Do

• Manage the daily operations of one or more residential buildings
• Maintain positive relationships with team
• Oversee maintenance tasks and ensure timely unit turnovers
• Collect rent and handle delinquency follow-up
• Maintain compliance with fair housing laws
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
• Handle leasing, tenant screening, and retention efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable property management experience(do not apply if you do not have experience)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with consistent follow-through on tasks and responsibilities.
• Proven success in tenant retention and lease-up efforts
• A commitment to continuous learning and embracing technology
• Valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance
• High School Diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus)

Compensation

• On-site apartment included as part of your compensation package
