Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director) Responsibilities:

• The Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director) oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations
• Supervises all department managers to ensure the facility is in compliance. 
• The Administrator is responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans while meeting or exceeding quality, clinical and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives. 
• As a Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director), you will also ensure premier customer service while facilitating resolutions of resident care issues.

Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director) Requirements:

• Active License as required by state law.
• Possess excellent knowledge and experience in regulatory compliance, human resource development and management, nursing management, budget processes, and census and business development.
• Excellent work history in the long-term care industry.
• Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Previous Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director) experience in Skilled Nursing Facility required; 1-2 years of
