Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Night Cleaner to join our team on an on-call basis in the city of Fontana and Riverside. As a Night Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of various areas including offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and other designated spaces. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities :
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
- Empty and sanitize trash receptacles.
- Clean and maintain breakroom areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and appliances.
- Refill supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other restroom and breakroom essentials.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.
- Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes to ensure facilities are ready for the next business day.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with colleagues and clients.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Flexibility to work on-call shifts on Monday through Friday from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 5PM to 10PM.
- Must have reliable transportation and be available to come in if necessary between those hours.
