You will:/pulliServe as a lead functional consultant with extensive NetSuite ERP implementation and optimization expertise/liliAnalyze business needs to ensure the Oracle NetSuite solution meets customer objectives by combining leading practices, product knowledge, and business acumen/liliResolve complex customer issues by recommending and delivering effective solutions/liliCollaborate closely with the customer success team to quickly assess client needs, develop innovative plans, and implement solutions that meet or exceed expectations/liliDemonstrate a passion for business and cloud technologies, applying advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to help clients operate more efficiently/liliConduct functional requirements-gathering sessions and solution workshops/liliCommunicate clearly and confidently, with strong presentation skills/li/ulpAdditional responsibilities include: leading optimization efforts within engagements to deliver high-quality solutions within time and priority constraints; providing direction and mentoring to customer teams, and influencing customer leadership on key decisions; managing clients in post-go-live environments; overseeing the delivery of NetSuite application functionality; partnering with NetSuite technical and performance experts to achieve the best outcomes for customers./ppDelivering exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty is a top priority. In this role, you will often work under pressure, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and consistently strive to meet customer expectations. Successful candidates will have experience gathering customer business requirements and strong business analysis skills. Functional knowledge of NetSuite and an understanding of accounting principles are highly desirable. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; from: $53,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
