Bayhealth Medical Group seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join a newly employed group in both Kent and Sussex County, Delaware.

• 24/7 in-house coverage with flexible 12 to 24-hour shifts.
• Support from full-time Peds Hospitalist and full-time Neonatologists.
• Access to a well-established Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) program, including genetic counseling services.
• Opportunities to work in a Level II and Level I campus with OB/ED and OB/OR suites.
• Sussex Campus is Level I -Well baby stabilize and transfer services. Kent Campus is Level II.
• Full-time lactation services available to support breastfeeding families at both hospitals.
• A team of experienced and stable OB hospitalists and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
