Mobile Clinic Receptionist
The Arizona Humane Society is looking for a full time Clinic Receptionist to work on our traveling Healthy Tails Mobile Clinic. Join our mobile clinic that helps us reach beyond our campuses to directly impact pets and their owners who otherwise couldn't access the care they need.

A Day in the Life:
The Clinic Receptionist will assist the public in a courteous and professional manner. They will schedule wellness and vaccination appointments, surgeries, and check-in patients at scheduled events. They will assist with the collection and reporting of clinic data as well as data entry for reporting and tracking. The Clinic Receptionist will be knowledgeable of all discounts and programs. They will be responsible for cash handling and updating medical records, and informational flyers. This position requires traveling to event locations and consists of a 4-day workweek. Days off will not be consistent weekly and some weekends are required.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to hear above the sound of the animals.
There will be exposure to dust, heat, cold and temperature changes; occasional wet floors, and animal noises, odors and dander. Most time will be spent in a typical air conditioned and heated office environment.
