Medical Social Worker
Bethel, Alaska
Position Highlights: - Work-Life Balance : Excellent work schedule with Monday to Friday hours (08:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive Compensation :
- Starting pay: $71,489 annually, with potential for up to a 30% increase based on experience
- Generous Sign-On Bonus :
- $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments (at 90 days and 1-year anniversary).
- Requires a 2-year commitment to the organization.
- Comprehensive Benefits Package :

- PTO accrual: 7 hours per pay period for those with 0-3 years of service.

Qualifications: - Degree : Master of Social Work (MSW) required.
- Skillset : Experience in hospital-based social work, discharge planning, patient advocacy, and working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience : At least 1-2 years of relevant social work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Sponsorship : Not currently offering visa sponsorship.
