*Responsibilities*
* Accurately document patient encounters and medical histories in real-time during examinations.
* Utilize EHR systems to maintain and update medical records efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with medical terminology and documentation standards.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate effective communication.
* Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support clinical staff.
* Manage transcription tasks and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

*Qualifications*
* Must be proficient in medical transcription and documentation
* Experience in a medical office environment
* Familiarity with EHR systems
* Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail
* Knowledge of medical records management
* Experience in emergency room settings is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:
* High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
* Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
* Medical Scribe Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:
* Merrick, NY 11566 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
* Merrick, NY 11566: Relocate before starting work (Required)
