Job Description

Biointron is an antibody services CRO seeking a client-facing, detail-oriented, self-starting Marketing Associate to join our fast-growing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Associate will implement marketing initiatives and collaborate with global and regional teams to support campaigns and company objectives. The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker capable of managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  1. Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals for marketing objectives.
  2. Create and edit marketing materials such as campaign emails, brochures, flyers, webpages, news releases, and social media posts.
  3. Execute content marketing initiatives to meet business targets.
  4. Collaborate with design and R&D teams to produce high-quality content.
  5. Optimize content for SEO and analyze performance using Google Analytics.
  6. Distribute content across various channels to maintain a strong web presence.
  7. Recommend website improvements to enhance SEO rankings.
  8. Conduct ongoing keyword research and optimization.
  9. Monitor and report on competitor marketing activities, analyzing trends and data.
  10. Perform market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  11. Create and manage marketing campaigns in Salesforce, tracking results and leads.
  12. Support planning and execution of events, webinars, and trade shows to promote products and services.
  13. Perform other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in marketing, science, biology, or immunology.
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience in life science-related reagents/services, preferably in protein/antibody fields.
  • Previous experience as a marketing associate or similar role.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, including content marketing and social media.
  • Experience with SEO and Google Analytics is required.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in environments with variable noise levels (conferences, seminars, expos).
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
