CornerStone Staffing is seeking a Mortgage Mail Clerk for a well known financial institution in Fort Worth!

Pay: $15-$17/hr. - Depending on Experience

Duration : Temp to Hire!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Job Description: The Customer Relations Mail Clerk will be responsible for the processing and delivery of inbound and outbound mail within Mortgage Servicing.

Responsibilities include:

• Receive incoming mail including USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.
• Sort incoming mail
• Identify mail to corresponding loan number in servicing system
• Scans, uploads, and distributes mail through internal program directly to individuals or departments as addressed
• Identifies documents received and forwards to proper departments
• Separate mail and deliver to appropriate staff within Mortgage Servicing
• Maintain highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Report any issues related to mail or scanning to management
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of Mail Room experience
• Familiarity with Mortgage Servicing documents
• MSP (mortgage servicing system) experience preferred
• Data entry and 10 key
• Customer service oriented
• Strong communications skills
• Filing and researching skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain accuracy
