Job Title: Temporary Machine Operator (Day & Night Shifts Available)
Location : Blythewood, SC
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Contract Length: 6 Months
Schedule: 12-hour shifts

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Summary:
TRC Talent Solutions is currently hiring two experienced Machine Operators for a 6-month temporary assignment in Blythewood, SC—one for the day shift and one for the night shift. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-energy, fast-paced production environment with a growing company.

The ideal candidates will have prior machine operating experience and be comfortable using computer systems to manage production workflows and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor automated machinery to maintain consistent and efficient production output
• Use computer systems to access and follow the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each production order
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
• Safely handle and lift heavy materials as needed
• Perform repetitive tasks such as bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the shift
• Stand on concrete flooring for the duration of the 12-hour shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery is required
• Comfortable navigating and using computer systems for order tracking and production flow
• Ability to work long shifts and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
