We are seeking a Plant Specialist/Salesperson to join our team!
Overview:
Local, luxury home and garden retailer is seeking a dedicated, passionate, Plant sales specialist. Responsible for providing a personalized client experience and be positive and energetic and a go getter! Our Plant area is located outside so you must be able to tolerate varying weather conditions. Horticulture background or 3 years Plant selling experience is required.
Qualifications:
- Plant Sales Experience Required
- Greet and assist customers and drive sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Impeccable follow through
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with your fellow co workers
- Retail floor energy
- Collaborative personality and works harmoniously with others
- Team player that delivers the highest standards/experience for the client
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Assist with floor tasks and daily maintenance of the department
- Weekend hours required
