• Setting: Ambulatory clinic, OR, ER
• Type of Cases: Bread & butter Urology, Cystoscopy
• Credentialing: 90 days
Minimum Requirements
• Board Certified/Eligible Urologist
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Licensure: Illinois – Active or IMLC
