We're looking for a new stylists' for our East Side locations.

*Compensation is commission based, and you’ll earn that on each service provided, on top of retail commission and tips. (As your talents grow, your commission grows with you!)

If you have:

• A minimum of one year of behind-the-chair experience
• A Valid Barber or Cosmetology license
• A schedule that allows for flexible availability, including nights and weekends

If you can:

• Demonstrate reliably high-quality technical skills
• Do your part to maintain a fun, drama-free, ethical workplace for a diverse staff of talented artists and support staff
• Attend regular education classes to improve on current technical skillset
• Meet retail goals with our line of superior products through behind-the-chair education
• Make sure that every client walks away from your shop with the best possible haircut and experience
• Work with your team to ensure the shop is squeaky clean and aligns with brand standards
• Respect individuals’ diverse experiences and work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds

In 1993, we opened our first shop in the grungy heart of Seattle driven by a simple idea: create a place where all of our friends could hang out and leave feeling better than when they arrive. We didn’t know we’d end up setting a new standard for hair. Hell, we didn’t even know we’d make it past our first month.

Our take on the modern barbershop caught on, and Rudy’s started to grow. Along the way we sold tickets for some well-known local bands, tattooed customers, made art with people we liked, created our own line of product, and cut a lot of heads.

The decades have passed quickly, and a lot has changed, but we’re still the same Rudy’s - always engaging, a little different, and a comfortable place you know and love. For a quarter of a century we’ve been more than just a barbershop, and that’s worth celebrating.
