Your Impact

• Lead a high-performing kitchen team to quickly serve fresh, delicious food
  
• Ensure efficient and safe back-of-house operations during assigned shifts, leading teams of 10+
  
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and storage standards at all times
  
• Reduce waste by monitoring inventory and optimizing kitchen resources
  
• Drive smooth coordination with front-of-house leaders and the Kitchen Director
  
• Support a culture of accountability by completing and enforcing shift checklists and tasks
  
• Contribute to a positive guest experience through fast, consistent, and high-quality service
  
• Actively support training and development of new Team Members in the Back-of-House (BOH)
  

Background Profile

• 1 year of Leadership experience leading teams of 10+
  
• Fast-paced kitchen or food service environment experience (preferred)
  
• Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
