AMS Staffing is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer for our esteemed client, aiming to bolster their team with emerging talent passionate about web development and digital innovation. This position is perfect for individuals with a foundational understanding of full-stack development principles and a keen interest in developing enterprise-level web applications.

Job Title: Junior Full Stack Developer

Location: Chicago, IL

Salary: $100K-$120K + Discretionary Bonus up to 10%

Term: Full-time

Hybrid: YES

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of responsive web interfaces and backend services.
• Participate in the integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Support the team in adopting and implementing new technologies and tools.
• Engage in the creation and optimization of digital workflows.

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and backend frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django, FastAPI).
• Exposure to Microsoft technologies and an openness to learning new tools.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
