Job Title: Insulator
Location: San Antonio, TX 78220
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Assignment Duration: 1 month
Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Insulator to join our team for a short-term assignment. The ideal candidate will support production operations using shrink wrap or drying processes, and work closely with supervisors and lead personnel to meet production quotas and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate within established parameters for shrink wrap and drying processes
Read and interpret AutoCAD 2D drawings, blueprints, work orders, and written instructions
Follow Operation Description Sheet (ODS), Safety Operational Sheet (SOS), Visual Quality Acceptance Form (VQA), and training documents
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
Accurately scan in and out of work orders
Maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Stand constantly; walk frequently; bend frequently
Climb, crawl, and sit occasionally
Reach and grasp frequently
Work in environments with exposure to noise, dust, dirt, heat/cold (indoor and outdoor)
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or relevant certifications
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to operate equipment as required
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
Demonstrated accountability, dependability, and problem-solving skills
Ethical and safety-focused
Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement
