Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation is currently seeking Insulation and Weatherization Installers to join our team!

We are a high-quality Insulation and full-service home energy efficiency and HVAC contractor serving the greater Phoenix, Arizona, metro region. We are a growing company that promotes an atmosphere that encourages the entrepreneurial spirit and seeks people who want to share in our success!

We are looking for someone who can work independently, is attentive, and ready to learn and grow in the insulation and HVAC industry! This is a paid, hands-on training position to build a career. We pay for 100% of your Certifications and training.

Pay Rage: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

What you will be doing:

• Air sealing in residential homes
• Installing insulation in residential homes
• Blowing in insulation
• Installing and sealing duct systems
• Cutting drywall and enlarging return sizing
• Setting equipment
• Running a blower door
• Learning and mastering the skill of home performance, weatherization, and insulation
• This is an entry-level position with growth opportunities in HVAC installation and more!

Qualifications/Skills:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (preferred but not absolutely required)
• Be on time, reliable, and a team player daily
• Prior experience working in construction/landscaping or a similar industry is ideal but not required
• Able to tolerate working in tight spaces, excessive heat, attics, crawl spaces, etc.
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Mechanical aptitude
• Problem-solving mentality
• Ability to keep track of tools and be well-organized
• Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store!
• Follow all safety protocols
• Willingness to invest in basic tools for the industry
• Prior insulation, weatherization, home performance, ductwork, or HVAC experience is a plus!

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment
