Job Description Job Description McFarlane Media Interests, Inc. is seeking an experienced inside (phone) sales representative. This position is 100% remote. Our client is an established company with a collaborative culture that values creativity, integrity, and a passion for excellence. This is a contract position. The compensation is $15-19 per hour for 10-15 hours per week with a 10% commission. Average sales per client range from $1500 to $11,000. Requirements Responsibilities: Engage with potential and existing customers via phone to introduce our print and digital marketing solutions. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce). Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing, preferably in the communications or technology sector. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
