Injection Molding Operator

We are looking for a skilled Injection Molding Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential for ensuring the high-quality production of products using injection molding machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and be adept at operating and maintaining injection molding equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, and operate injection molding machinery, ensuring products meet specified quality standards.
• Operate assigned production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform regular quality checks on products and record findings in the system.
• Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to address issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, supporting various aspects of the production process.

Qualifications:

• Three to five years of experience in manufacturing, with a preference for experience in injection molding.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English at a level adequate for the position.
• Competency in entering and utilizing information in computer systems, with basic computer literacy.
