Affirmed Home Care is now hiring Per Diem Live-In Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one home care services throughout Mercer County, New Jersey . We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers for live-in HHA positions with immediate availability.
This role is ideal for caregivers looking for live-in home health aide jobs , 24-hour home care , and per diem live-in assignments in Mercer County.
Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
Provide medication reminders
Perform light housekeeping
Prepare meals
Provide companionship and emotional support
Ensure client safety and comfort in the home
Competitive daily pay starting at $206.96/day

One-on-one patient care
Minimum 1 year of Home Health Aide (HHA) experience
Valid New Jersey Home Health Aide Certificate
Authorization to work in the United States
Current physical exam (within 1 year)
Valid PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
Proof of MMR immunization (within 10 years)
Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
Driver’s license preferred
