*Histotechnologist*
GHR has an exclusive contract with a Level 1 Trauma facility in Philadelphia that is seeking a qualified Histotechnologist.
This is a full-time contract with the option to extend.
*Schedule:*
* Monday-Friday
* Evening Shift
* 12pm-8:30pm
* No weekends
* Full time contract with the option to extend
*Salary: * $60 - $62/hour
*Job Description:*
* Perform technical and clerical functions to process, prepare, cut and stain tissue specimens for microscopic histologic examination
* Perform routine and complex procedures to determine histochemical reactions on pathology specimens
* Cut, embed, immunohistochemistry, special stains
*Requirements:*
* 3 years of experience as a Histology Tech
* Experience in a hospital setting
* Associate degree in Biological Science preferred
* Certification: HTL (ASCP) or HT (ASCP) preferred
