Avaya is seeking a highly motivated and thorough individual to join as a product owner (aka Agile / Scrum Lead). You will be part of an Agile team of cross functional and dedicated squad members (software engineers, business analysts, Architects etc. Quarterback prospecting, closing, and management activities on your accounts, from staffing projects to drafting SOWs to providing delivery oversight and ensuring client satisfaction. Senior Consultants play an active part in the delivery of Avaya’s full portfolio, including workshops and consulting projects. This role contributes to the execution of Avaya’s overall sales strategies and business plans by leading on our client engagements alongside the wider Client Delivery team. Applying knowledge and expertise in contributing to assets such as insights, thought leadership, and client proposals and collaborating with stakeholders. Builds and maintains positive relationships with all key stakeholders across the organization by fostering collaborative ways of working, based on trust, transparency, and respect. Proactively uses the client relationships they develop to identify sales opportunities and in passing to the relevant client / sales lead to manage the conversion.

A Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
