Our Boston based client is looking for a Graphic Designer with 5+ years' experience; the clinet is looking for project based specifically for marketing design-ie email, banner ads, and social media campaigns. If you have previous experience as a Brand or Marketing Designer and want to pick up some work, get in touch!

Responsibilities :

• Work as the Design lead on a mix of web and print; emails, social, catalog, banners
• Collaborate on projects with Copy and other members of the marketing taem
• Collaborate and manage workflows within internal teams to ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Lead cross-company weekly status meetings
• Identify & track internal creative resource allocations on a weekly basis
• Proactively identify issues and propose solutions and/or assist with the removal of blockers. Escalate when necessary

Requirements/Skills:

• 5+ years experience as a Designer and strong experience with Creative Cloud
• Experience managing digital design campaigns
• Experience working autonomously while properly managing-up
• Strong portfolio of work
• Unwavering attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
