Description:

Hello, we're Augeo – we are a global leader in enterprise-level engagement and loyalty platform technology, delivering compelling experiences and fostering meaningful connections for employees, consumers, members and channel partners across many industries and verticals. We serve hundreds of clients, including 70+ Fortune 500 companies, representing millions of end users. We are thought leaders and disruptors who think differently and creatively, built by entrepreneurs, operators and innovators.

At Augeo, we're passionate about providing an inclusive workplace that values diversity and our sustainability initiatives. Everyone is welcome - our employees are comfortable bringing their authentic whole selves to work. Be you, reach your full potential.

We work hard, we play hard and, most importantly, we care to our core about our teams and each other. We over-communicate around everything...especially while we navigate our new hybrid world.

We’re looking for a seasoned leader to build and lead a global events program for one of our most strategic clients.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on internal employee events hosted at corporate headquarters around the world. You’ll shape the operating model, lead a global team, and drive strategic alignment with executive stakeholders.

If you thrive in complex environments, love building something new, and bring a mix of strategic thinking and operational rigor, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

You’ll spend your days on the following:

Lead a Global Events Program

  • Own the strategic relationship with a global client, serving as the primary partner for their internal events program.
  • Align program strategy with the client’s brand, culture, and business goals.
  • Build trust with senior stakeholders and present insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to executive teams.

Manage & Inspire a Global Team

  • Lead three Regional Events Leads across EMEA, APAC, and North America.
  • Foster collaboration, consistency, and excellence across time zones and cultures.
  • Provide coaching, strategic direction, and support on escalated challenges.
  • Champion knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the global team.

Drive Program Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and evolve the global events operating model.
  • Analyze KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Oversee vendor partnerships and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure consistent quality, brand representation, and service delivery worldwide.

Communicate & Collaborate

  • Represent the program internally and externally — including industry events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive success.
  • Deliver clear, compelling reporting to leadership on program health and strategy.

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • 12+ years of experience in program management, strategic operations, or account leadership, with a focus on complex, global programs.
  • Proven success leading teams across cultures and time zones.
  • Executive presence and confidence in engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, data fluency, and business acumen.
  • Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for team leadership.
  • Endurance, adaptability, and resilience in dynamic environments.
  • Willingness to travel (~20%) and work flexible hours to support global teams.

Benefits of joining team Augeo

We’re a people-first organization that values authenticity, inclusion, and connection. We care deeply about our teams, our clients, and the impact we create together. We work hard, celebrate often, and communicate openly, especially across virtual boundaries.

  • We offer Medical, Dental and Vision coverage with additional perks through third party vendors offering more virtual and in person care at your fingertips (must be in select locations)
  • We offer paid Long-Term disability and Life Insurance
  • HSA/FSA plans
  • We offer varying voluntary benefits such as critical, hospital, pet coverage and much more
  • Employee benefit education, campaigns and wellness opportunities
  • 401k retirement matching and financial planning resources
  • Education reimbursement
  • Several EAP resources
  • 13 paid holidays and PTO time
  • Rewards, incentives and gamification for birthdays, Work-aversery's, professional and personal milestones, company involvement and kudos
  • Employee referral bonuses
  • Employee group opportunities
  • Fun, casual and flexible working environment that embraces the hybrid workstyle
  • Career growth opportunities
