Position: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the management team and staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and operational performance metrics.
