Position Overview
Superintendent: We are seeking an experienced Onsite Superintendent to lead the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in field supervision, safety compliance, utilizing technology, and schedule management
Project Manager: We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Entry-Level Project Manager. This role is ideal for someone passionate about construction and eager to apply their technological skills to real-world projects. You will work closely with senior project managers and field teams to support project planning, coordination, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Superintendent:
· Oversee all onsite construction activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
· Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
· Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
· Conduct daily site inspections and progress meetings.
· Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
· Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, daily pictures, needed RFIs, and needed change orders.
· Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Project Manager:
· Estimation
· Assist in planning and scheduling construction projects.
· Support project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
· Utilize project management software.
· Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, & utility providers.
· Attend project meetings and document action items.
· Help ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Superintendent:
· 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or residential construction.
· Proven track record managing projects valued at $1M–$10M.
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency with construction management software (Procore or Autodesk Build) and BlueBeam
· Ability to work onsite full-time and manage field operations independently.
Project Manager:
· Proficiency with technology and software such as Microsoft Project, Procore/Autodesk Build, and BlueBeam.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
