Job Title: Financial Analyst
Job Type: W2 Contract – 7 months
Location: Remote
Schedule: M – F 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $ 40 – 45 / hour
Position Overview:
The Finance Analyst serves as the primary finance contact supporting supply chain activities. This role leads product costing and pricing for Transition Agreements, manages separation-related expenses, and provides financial analysis and reporting to business and operations partners.
Key Responsibilities
Product Costing & Pricing

  • Develop product costing for additions to Transition Agreements.
  • Analyze and recommend price adjustments for existing SKUs.
  • Review and validate transactions using Power BI and other financial tools.
Separation Costs Management
  • Oversee separation cost centers, including headcount, expense eligibility, and financial reporting.
  • Forecast results and review performance with department owners and the Transition Management Office (TMO).
  • Create and improve reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in separation agreement accounting for Global Supply Chain.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide financial oversight for spin-related processes, including factory experiments, R&D services, and TSA (Transition Services Agreement) costs.
  • Collaborate with controllers, FP&A, and operations teams across manufacturing and non-production sites.
  • Deliver financial guidance to operational stakeholders and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
  • Experience in product costing and manufacturing finance .
  • Experience with divestiture or spinoff accounting preferred.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
