CT Package Delivery, Inc., an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground, is now hiring FedEx Delivery drivers.

CDL Not Required!

You will be operating out of the FedEx Terminal at 40 Kennedy Rd, South Windsor, CT 06028 USA

Full Time: Tuesday-Saturday to start, but open 7 days a week

Part Time is Available

$17- $23 per hour (depending on production)

Paid Training!

We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to deliver and pick up packages from local businesses and residences.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report for the last 3 years. (No suspensions, Speeding Tickets, DUI, Reckless Driving, or At Fault Accidents)
• Job-Related Driving Experience: 1 Year within the last 3 years Or 5 Years within the last 10: (Uber, Lyft, Pizza Delivery, Landscaping, Delivery of any sorts, School Bus, or Military)
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• Must Be able to read, speak and write English
• Pass FedEx Ground approval process to become a qualified driver
• Be of legal status to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer)
• No felonies / violent misdemeanors or drug related misdemeanors in the last 10 years.
• Must have weekend availability

Responsibilities:

• Be on site at the terminal by 8:00AM and ready to work each work day
• Safely drive either step vans or sprinters
• Be able to work in all types of weather
• Be able to work after dark
• Be able to do a lot of walking at a steady pace
• Be able to climb stairs
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs +
• Be able to adapt to situations to meet customers’ needs
