Job Title: Facilities and Building Maintenance

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance professional to perform essential maintenance services including snow plowing, lawn mowing, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, among others. This role requires availability for on-call work, including nights and weekends, and involvement in preventative maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow plowing and lawn mowing.
• Conduct maintenance services such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and glass replacement.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests.
• Be available for on-call work, including weekends and nights.
• Conduct inspections as required and participate in preventative maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment; inventory supplies and equipment.
• Complete assigned and routine service requests as directed.
• Inform supervisors of any hazards or potentially dangerous situations.
• Participate in resident functions, which may occur outside normal business hours.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect.
• Comply with safety and risk-management policies and attend safety meetings.
• Minimize the need for third-party companies to complete maintenance work.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of experience in building maintenance, appliance repair, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and snow removal.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Work Environment

Work in a manufactured home community with a first shift schedule. Be prepared for on-call duties at least one weekend per month and during winter for snow removal. The role requires physical activity, such as moving throughout the property, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 80 lbs. with a teammate. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for occasional travel to off-site locations and snow removal.

This is a Permanent position based out of Union Grove, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $43680.00/yr.
