Responsibilities Support Planning, Finance, Management, and Business Units as a liaison. Manage controllership for Fixed SGA and headcount. Handle budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Review Fixed SGA performances and identify areas of concern, providing recommendations for improvement through insightful analysis. Identify process weaknesses and suggest improvements. Possess advanced SAP knowledge and lead multiple projects if required. Qualifications & Experience BS/BA in Accounting or Finance preferred; 4-8 years of related experience. Alternatively, at least 8 years of relevant finance experience. CPA/MBA preferred. Understanding of financial statements, including P&L and balance sheet. Ability to prepare, interpret financial statements, and make recommendations. Experience partnering with non-finance departments. Strong knowledge of financial systems (SAP, Business Warehouse, Business Objects) preferred. Regular application of GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley standards. Proficiency in Excel. Ability to prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
